Chyrons on Cairo

The Chyrons are scrolling across this blog screen that is forcing us to send our apologies for the lateness in posting.

The good news is that we’re here and have already spent a spectacular day with the Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, and the older, 5,000+ year-old burial mounds (pyramids) of Saqqara.

The main problem is serious iPad problems in loading our photos (some really cool ones) shot with our iPhones. I guess depending on the cloud is like depending on it not raining! Anyway, we’re working on it and will start updating you as soon as possible.

In the meantime, we have a 3am wake-up tonight to catch a 7am flight to the south and Aswan, where we’ll board our riverboat for the 4-day trip up the Nile.

Hopefully, we’ll catch you tomorrow. We’re really sorry you’re missing this!

  1. We’ll have fun sharing Egypt stories when you get back. We’ve got a good one for Sakkara.
